Please take a moment to read and understand our terms before using our services.

Cancellation Policy

For periods of high demand, such as long or public holiday weekends, school holidays, Easter & Christmas, we require that payment is made, in full, one month prior to the arrival date.

This is to confirm your booking as we have limited capacity and have to deny many other customers the opportunity to make holiday plans.

We understand that circumstances can change and we would consider either a credit or refund.

Waiver-Release of Liability

In consideration for my dog boarding at Chandler Boarding Kennels, I agree to all the following policies, procedures, terms and conditions.

Boarding Participation Risk

Chandler Boarding Kennels and owners will do the utmost to ensure the safety of your dog.

Note there are potential risks involved with humans and dogs, as well as between dogs and other dogs, which may result in injury or death. These risks are increased for elderly or high needs dogs.

There may be risks not known to you nor readily foreseeable during your dog’s stay.

As the owner of the dog, you fully accept and assume responsibility for these risks, including, without limitation all losses, costs and damages incurred as a result of my dog’s stay at Chandler Boarding Kennels.

Veterinarian Care

Whilst Chandler Boarding Kennels are experienced animal care providers, they are not veterinarians.

Any veterinarian procedures requested by the owner to provide for their dog whilst staying at Chandler Boarding Kennels are at the owner’s risk.

The owners agree to allow Chandler Boarding Kennel to obtain medical treatment for my dog if they believe it is required.

I agree that I am fully responsible for the cost and outcome any such treatment.
